Getting wrinkles on my skin and my face looks dull and lifeless. I want a flawless looking skin.?
I had a pimple on my cheek 2 years ago and i squeezed really hard. Now there is a hole in its place which looks bad. what can i do to get rid of it and have beautiful skin again? I also have started developing some kind of small wrinkles on my forehead and long ones under my eyes suddenly. I did not have them a week ago. I am really worried. Are my days of looking beautiful gone? I drink only 1-2 glasses of water each day. Is this the reason of my face getting aged? Please tell me what can i do to get that flawless, wrinkle free skin? I am only 19 years old and a female. I am really worried about my skin. I want it to be smooth and clean. Please HELP!
If you’re only 19 I doubt that your skin is that bad. You’re probably just focusing too much on the negatives instead of the positives. I’m sure that you are beautiful.
But, to give you some advice drinking more water definitely won’t hurt you. It’s good for you, and keeps you well hydrated. Also, stay out of tanning beds. They kill your skin, and while they might make you look nice and tan now, years from now you will regret it. My mom is 43 and she still gets carded and this is what she did, and it’s what I do.
1. Wear sunblock. Don’t lay out or lay in a tanning bed, it ages you. If you want a tan, do a Versa spray tan. It has a pink undertone so you won’t look like an Oompa Loompa, or a member of the Jersey Shore.
2. Moisturize. I use Olay moisturizer every morning after a shower, and every night after I wash my face. I’m 24 and people think I’m 17. I get carded all the time, even for rated R movies.
3. Get plenty of sleep. If you look tired it ages you. It makes you look run down, and causes you to have dark circles. Get plenty of sleep and you will look fresh faced.
4. Don’t layer on the concealer or foundation. It gets in the creases of your laugh and smile lines and makes them look deeper and more pronounced. Use an nice light foundation, like a mineral foundation (Bare Minerals) it does wonders to hide redness and old scars. A light shimmery finishing powder will make your face seem brighter. So will a little bronzer, but don’t go crazy with it.
There really is no such thing as flawless skin. Those that look flawless are usually just very good and hiding their imperfections, and models and actresses in magazines are airbrushed from here to eternity. The scar you have on your face from pimples can be masked some, but it will never completely go away, because it has caused an indentation in your skin. I have one on my face from the chickenpox that I thought was horrendous for the longest time, but the only one that notices it is me. My husband didn’t even know it was there until I mentioned in passing one day.
You will be fine. Trust me.
What do you think of or what have been your experiences with dating or friendship with a young woman from?
I love girls from Africa. They are so confident and high spirited. They are like no other girls I have met. Ethiopian, Nigerian, Ghanaian, Sudanese, you name it. They have beautiful smooth wrinkle free skin for nearly their whole lives, also their skin stays tight I have noticed, it doesn’t go saggy until they are very late in their years. They have beautiful eyes that sparkle. They have an attitude about life to where they can go anywhere and have a blast! They are just happy all the time, genuinely happy.
I have had several African gfs and by far I don’t think I will ever date any other ethnicity unless they are similar to African women personality wise and with their outlook on life.
I’m a female and straight so I’ve never dated a young women from Africa however I can understand why you would my African friend Jean is so pretty and vibrant but I don’t think all Africans are like this, this is only from my experiences with my friend. I can understand why someone who want to date someone from Africa if they’re like Jean. I think it’s fine if you treat them with respect, respect their culture as well as yours and good luck with your ‘future African Girlfriends’.

Massage with natural oils is the best treatment for maintaining a healthy, vibrant and youthful skin. Coconut, almond, olive, jojoba, and cypress are excellent. Oils nourish and feed skin many beneficial and health promoting nutrients. Massage on a daily basis and you will quickly see the benefits. A forward and back motion using finger tips and front and sides of fingers, depending where on face you massage, is best. A circular one is less effective.
Conditions and tones skin and maintains it’s softness and smoothness and does greatly inhibit lines and wrinkles as it keeps face muscles toned. It’s the weakening of the muscles with age that leads to sagging – resulting in wrinkles and lines and face aging. Also gives skin a healthy natural glow. Oils are perfect, safe, natural moisturizers. Many moisturizing and other products are skin harming and aging – verify with a Google search “Skin products, moisturizers skin harming?” Most of oil quickly absorbs into skin. Do not remove, lightly wash off excess and dry.
Use sunscreen. However, most are skin harming and aging . Surprisingly, I found if you apply on top of oil, as it doesn’t contact skin, it is not harming but is equally as protective. I know because I spend hours in intense sun with only one application of spf 15 sunscreen and I never burn.
Many have benefited from treatment and I have glowing testimonials from happy users.
